A full size wearable party hat! Designed in 5 different sizes.
Inner Diameter: 199mm, 189mm, 179mm, 169mm, 159mm. Take measurements of your head and select the size that fits the closest to your measurements. You can then re-scale the size slightly larger/smaller to get the perfect fit.
Add foam tape to the inner lining of the party hat for a more comfortable fit!
